Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Salubry!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund—sale items are non-refundable.

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return.


Refund Policy Update

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Please contact us at support@salubryhealth.com to initiate the cancellation and refund process.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until you receive the product.
Once received, you may return the item to us at your own cost, and we will process your refund after inspecting the returned item.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@salubryhealth.com and send your item to:

Exempt Goods

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@salubryhealth.com.


Shipping Returns

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be sent to the following address:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
